Making a psi ball is something that I had learned at a young age from a few friends and had since totally forgotten about. It was re-introduced to me when I took the Reiki Level 1 Practitioners course as a way to help you learn how to feel the energy field that surrounds all of us. PSI is a form of energy that is available to everyone. A psi ball is a ball of energy created with your mind.
How to Make a Psi Ball
First find a calm, quiet place in your home where you won’t be disturbed and get comfortable. Take a few long slow breaths to quiet and center your mind and clear your thoughts.
First cup your hands and place the palms of your hands together facing each other about 1-2 inches apart. Visualize a beam of sun energy flowing in from the top of your head, flowing downward into your arms, body, and legs. Feel the energy flow to the palm of your hands. Now feel the energy flowing back and forth between each of your palms. The energy may feel prickly or warm in the palms of your hands.
Begin forming a ball by slowly bringing your hands further apart and then closer back together, keeping them slightly cupped. As you move your hands, you will begin to feel a sort of magnetic energy, as if your palms are the opposite ends of magnets being forced together.
Try to make the psi ball as big as possible, slowly stretching it to around 6-7 inches if you can hold the energy long enough, but smaller is fine too.
Practice
As with many things, this may be difficult to do the first time around if you have not had any teachings in channeling energy. Just relax and try it again another time when you are calm and relaxed. Let the energy flow through you and do not try to force it. Keep practicing daily and soon enough you will be able to make a psi ball whenever you want.
Psi Ball Games
Once you can make a psi ball easily, teach a friend to do it as well. Begin practicing mentally lobbing the energy balls back and forth to each other and see if you can feel the energy being transferred from person to person.
If you don’t have a friend to practice with you can form a psi energy ball yourself and try mentally tossing it between each of your hands, like a ping pong ball.

I learned to do this years ago and have never lost the ability. It comes easily now. One question I have is, what am I supposed to do with this talent? I used to play with it all the time but I feel like there is a reason I can do it so easily am very sensitive to energy in general. Any thoughts?

Allen, you may not be aware of other forms of kinetic use. People advanced in kinetic use psi balls to form energy using fire, water, electricity, and so on. I’ve also hear of using it for healing, which would probably be the most beneficial.

Can others physically see the psi ball we are creating?

I think if another is tuned in quite well, they may be able to see the energy or the outline of the energy. I think it would depend on how strong the ball of energy is. Another person may be able to feel or sense it more than physically see it.
