Louise L. Hay is one of my favorite personal development authors. She has done an amazing amount of self-healing and taken her life to new levels because of her ability to bust through emotions. Her books were an integral part of my healing journey and I want to share some of those resources with you.
If you don’t know much about her, she is someone who has taken on her own emotional healing to an incredible level after suffering from abuse. She believes that emotions are what is behind the creation of all physical ailments. Louise talks straight and gives detailed methods and information for healing the underlying emotion for each physical ailment.

This book is also another one of my favorites, Heal Your Body. Learn to heal the emotions behind physical ailments. All physical healing begins on an emotional level. You won’t be disappointed with this addition to your self improvement and healing library.
This book, Experience Your Good Now, teaches about learning how to use and craft your own positive affirmations.
In this powerful audio lecture, Embracing Change, Louise L. Hay discusses the profoundly emotional experiences that have shaped and altered her belief system—and reveals how you can also change your thinking . . . and change your life!
Louise explains how she evolved from a fearful, abused young woman without an ounce of self-esteem…to the successful, empowered, internationally renowned teacher/author that she is today. In her inimitably forthright manner, Louise describes how she overcame a diagnosis of cancer through the use of “tools” such as affirmations, visualization, prayer, therapy, and healthful eating.
