So, today I wanted to share some of the resources that have helped me get through this trying time. Some days are good and other days it seems like it is difficult to keep my head above water. I expect at various points in the last month or weeks you have experienced the same.
It is so important to keep your focus and with a barrage of headlines vying for our attention it is so very easy to get wrapped up in worry, anxiety, and fear. We of course know on an intuitive level this doesn’t help our disposition, but human nature wants certainty and security first and foremost.
Aside from staying off Apple News and Social Media as much as possible, here are some concrete resources for keeping a positive mindset. I hope they help you as much as they have helped me.
