I followed Andrea's dowsing instructions from her book and immediately began downloading information from my Higher Self to my third-eye and heart. This was a first and was triggered by my intention to connect with my Higher Self. The funny thing is, it took me 6 months to get myself to give it a try after buying a pendulum! I was afraid it wouldn't work for me, that it only worked for "special" people. After I did it, I was like "Where has this been all my life!?". Knowing how to dowse or muscle test is an invaluable tool to connect with our higher wisdom and guidance. Don't be afraid to give it a try!
