Psychic Tarot Oracle Cards from John Holland are tarot cards with an updated look and feel.  They are suitable for all levels of tarot reading, from beginner to advanced. Read my review of this deck.

If you have had some trouble learning and understanding traditional tarot cards or they just didn’t resonate, you may find this deck to be what you are looking for. Perhaps you are bored with your current cards and need a little variety for your readings. I know I am always on the lookout for new additions to my collection. I just purchased these Psychic Tarot Oracle cards recently and they are quickly becoming one of my favorite decks of oracle cards.

I currently have 3 decks from Doreen Virtue, which I love working with, but wanted to try cards done by someone else for some variety and to see if the reading accuracy was better or worse. You can check them out here:  The Psychic Tarot Oracle Cards: a 65-Card Deck, plus booklet!

The Deck

 This tarot deck is 65 cards and also includes a 170 page booklet with explanations of each of the cards. Much of the deck follows traditional tarot, but there are also 7 Chakra cards added in to bring additional meaning and depth to the reading.

Rather than the traditional tarot suits of  Wands, Cups, Pentacles, and Swords, the suits  in this deck are listed as  Mental, Spirit, Physical and Emotional. There are 21 Major Arcana cards which are named slightly differently than a traditional tarot deck, but have their relationship to the original cards listed.

The cards are amazingly accurate, and I have been quite impressed with the results from the reading. They are able to paint a good picture through the images on the cards and the written meanings flow together nicely. I can relate better to the more spiritual nature of the reading.

John Holland

For those of you who are not familiar with John Holland, he is an internationally renwoned psychic medium that has been developing his abilities for the past 20 years. He has appeared on various television shows and has published multiple books on developing your psychic abilities. These cards are a nice addition to his other offerings.

My Personal  Observations

The artwork on these cards is clear, vibrant, and accurate and I found that you can really resonate with the pictures to put together an accurate synopsis in relation the question asked.

I found this deck easier to use than a traditional tarot deck. The images and explanations just seemed to make more sense to me and fit together easier. It is a beautiful and simple deck that will be a nice addition to my current cards.

Greetings loved ones. I bring a message of peace to you today. There are many changes and shifts going on in the world today and I realize that is making some of you quite nervous and worried. There is no need to be, for the changes are a clearing of energies that will in the end be for the better.

I understand your earthly worries, but know that you are loved. There is no reason to fear.  The closer you are to knowing yourself, the more that you will see that love is the basis for everything. Fear is being separated from love. Put away your fears and realize that love is the only truth.

I am the angel of salvation and forgiveness. Call upon me when you need help with emotional understanding and healing painful experiences. All ailments stem from a disconnection of love. Let go and learn to forgive, and call upon me to assist you in your healing. Your light has been dimmed by fears in your life.

Return to the path of light and love, as that is all there is and all that is needed. The longer you let fear, anger, and old resentments burn in your body, the more damage is done to your physical body. Let go and be free! You are a being of light and truth. Realize just how far you have strayed from the path of light. Let go of your earthly worries.

Heal your emotions and heal your body from that. Allowing yourself to think that you are less than another causes illness in your physical body. We are all equal beings of light. Your path is the same as your neighbors. Learn kindness and help your neighbor through his plight and it will be returned to you in your time of need.

Kindness and compassion for your fellow being will bring you to the path of light. You are all deserving of the best in your stay on this planet Earth. The process of transitioning to a higher consciousness has already begun. You see, loved ones, each day that passes now is filled with a new fresh energy.

It will take time to clear out all of the old, stale, energies that have inhabited the Earth, but the change is already underway. It may be a challenging process for some, with resistance to love being present. Rest assured that the change will happen and it will be for the better.

Awake each day with a childlike wonder and allow the energy of the day to be breathed in and to transform the negative energy within you. I understand dear ones, that you may feel like the changes are happening too quickly, but there is nothing you cannot handle.

The energies of the Earth have been stagnant for such a long time, that this may be a new feeling to you. Rest assured, it is all for the highest good.

I received an opportunity to review this book a bit early, as it will be available on May 15, 2010. I own a few other books by Louise L. Hay and have been impressed by the depth of healing knowledge she possesses.

Why Use Affirmations?

This is an excerpt from the book:

“An affirmation opens the door. It’s a beginning point on the path to change. In essence, you’re saying to your subconscious mind: “I am taking responsibility. I am aware that there is something I can do to change.” When I talk about doing affirmations, I mean consciously choosing words that will either help eliminate something from your life or help create something new in your life.”

If you are ready to begin consciously paying attention to how you think, this book can be of great help to develop a positive mental attitude. Affirmations are thoughts we think and say to ourselves daily, over and over again and may not even realize it. They may be positive and helpful, or they may be outdated and limiting.

Through a series of exercises you will learn to identify the source of any outdated and limiting beliefs and create positive affirmations to release them from your thoughts. Some of the areas covered are health, money, relationships, self esteem, fear, aging and many others.

By answering a few questions relating to each area, you will begin to identify the patterns and thought process that cause ailments, dis-ease, and relationship issues. By working through the underlying causes from your past and also present situations, you can decide if these thoughts are worth keeping or if they need to be discarded.

If they do need to be discarded, Louise walks you through step by step how to effectively change the outdated thoughts into useful affirmations that you can repeat to yourself whenever necessary.

Summary

Warning! This book requires work from you! Only you can change your thoughts and only when you are ready for real change. This is not just a feel good book to read and set on your bookshelf when you are done reading it.

Do You See Repeating Numbers?

Do you see repeating numbers? The presence of numbers like 111, 222, and 333 indicates that your spirit guides are trying to get your attention. Find out what the numbers mean.

Below are my personal interpretations of what these number patterns mean to me. Since numbers are universal and each has their own vibration, they may give you some guidance for your own life. Read more about repeating numbers, angels, intuition, and spirituality.

Why do I see repeating numbers?

Your spirit guides and angels are trying to get your attention and repeating numbers help to point you in the right direction for the questions you are asking. They are also referred to as angel numbers.

What messages are my guides trying to send me?

Each number has a different message. The meanings could be slightly different for each person. There is no definitive guide. Please do realize that not everyone interprets these repeating numbers to mean the same thing. I have noticed some overlap in explanations, but it really comes down to an individual perspective and what you believe it to mean in your life. There are some commonalities, though.

It is especially helpful to read the meanings others have found when you first start seeing repeating patterns of numbers, as it will give you a good place to start. From there you can add your own interpretations so that the numbers can become useful in your life.

Repeating Number Meanings

111 - Truth, your real self, follow this thought, it is the beginning of a new path aligned with your soul’s purpose. This is a time to realize you need to break away from the old thought patterns and ways of thinking and realign with the truth and your path in this lifetime.

1111 - A conscious spiritual journey and wake-up call for lightworkers. A way to help you remember your purpose in life. A way of remembering a message you created for yourself before you were born. Read more about 11:11.

222 - The next step in the ladder, confirmation that your thoughts are aligned with truth and you should proceed with that thought. Read more about 222.

333 - Feel the angels presence surrounding you and know that you are loved and protected. A conscious reminder that Angels surround us every day and are waiting for you to ask for their assistance.

444 - A sign of confirmation that your recent thought or action was or is correct and in harmony with your path in life. A gateway to the next dimension and the next phase in your life.

555 - Changes are coming your way and be ready to forge ahead with your plans. Be absolutely clear about what you want. Do not be afraid of changes in your life, welcome them instead. Although it may not seem like it, the change is for the better. Keep positive thoughts.

666 - Your material desires are overshadowing your personal path right now. Re-evaluate what it is you think you want. Simplicity is key. You need less than you think you do to be happy. You may be asking the wrong questions of yourself.

777 - Calm any fears you may have about what you just thought. The angels are hear to guide you and help you. Ask them for their strength and courage. You seem to be too concerned with the physical world at this moment. Let go and let your angels guide you. You are trying to hard to control things in your life.

888 – When you see this number there is flow in  your life, a beautiful energy is circulating around you. This is the sign of abundance, either in the form of money or in the form of friends and family. Duality, infinity, as above-so below, an even exchange of energy for money, money is coming into your life, balance, a repeating cycle, abundance.

999 - This repeating number is about completion. It could mean to you the completion of a project, or a sign to move on to the next lesson of life as a current lesson has just been learned. The angels applaud you and look forward to helping you along your path.

Greetings loved one. I am Archangel Raphael and am known as a healing angel. I assist in physical healing to those in need, along with helping to heal emotions and emotional traumas in your life. Call upon me if you are in pain and I will be by your side instantly.

I am always here for you whenever you need comfort from pain. I will assist you in making healthier choices with they types of food you eat, or possibly suggest a new form of exercise for you to try.

If you keep hearing or seeing signs of beginning a yoga class, for instance, that is me in the background giving you the nudges you need to make a better choice in lifestyle.

The winds of change assist with emotional healing clearing out the stagnant negative energy that can be lodged within our minds and bodies, and also our homes. Spring is a time of cleansing that stagnant air and breathing in fresh new life.

For those of you with physical illnesses, please know that if you call on me I will be by your side, helping to comfort you. Many times, physical pain is a cry for emotional healing, as they are interlinked. In order to heal your physical body, it may become necessary to dig up some unpleasant memories and uncover the emotional scars that have been left behind.

Many times these emotional scars have never truly been put to rest and have been buried for years. By bringing them to the surface, you will begin to see the source of your physical pain. Once you can do that, and identify an emotional source of the pain, we can work to heal that, and in turn, heal your physical body as well.

Pleas know once again that you are dearly loved and we angels do not want to see you hurting. Call to us whenever you need assistance. You can never call too often. We will be there to offer assistance and guidance to whomever opens their arms to receive it.
