Do I need to send you a photo?

It would certainly be helpful, though not completely necessary. A current photo of yourself is part of how I connect energetically with your spirit and guides. Please make sure the photo is recent, at least within the last 12 months. I do need a clear view of your face, without sunglasses, hats, or clown makeup.

If you wish to inquire about others, such as a spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend, you may send a photo of them as well. Just make sure I know who is who when you send the photos.

Why do you need my birth date, place, and time of birth?

Your date of birth is like your energetic signature, and is needed to pull your Akashic record and background chart. If you are unsure of your exact time of birth, please try to get it to within about 15 minutes. If you cannot locate your birth certificate, try calling a parent or family member. Parents usually remember this information quite well. Other close family members may remember if it was early morning or late at night.

If you really have no idea, then please try to guess. Do you just feel like you were born at a certain time of day? Chances are your thoughts on when you were born are probably closer than you think.

Can I call you via Skype?

Yes, I have a Skype account and you can call me that way if you prefer. This is an ideal option if you live outside of the United States and are concerned about the cost of the phone call. I only do telephone connections via Skype. I do not do video calls.

Can you do readings for people anywhere in the world?

Pretty much! You can connect with me via Skype telephone or you may consider an email reading if your time frame or time zone won’t allow for us having a phone reading together (see below). The only language I know is English however, so you may wish to choose another intuitive professional if you are not fluent in reading or understanding the English language.

What times are you available for a phone reading?

I am generally available for appointments at 10:00 am, noon, and 2:00 pm Central Standard Time most days Monday through Friday. Once you have purchased a reading, you will be sent a link to an online appointment desk that will show you specifically which times are available.

Do you offer email readings?

I used to, but now offer phone readings as I found most clients prefer connecting over the phone. If you wish to have an email reading due to time frame or my/your appointment schedule, contact me for pricing.

How to Prepare for your Reading

Once you book an appointment, I will ask for your birth information and your main questions and concerns. Clear your mind and write out the question or general life area that you seem the most stuck with. It need be only a short sentence or general area, such as finances, relationships, etc. or you can write a few paragraphs. Either is perfectly acceptable.

How do you receive your intuitive information? Do you use tarot cards or other divination tools?

I am mainly clairaudient and clairsentient. I receive information by communicating with your spirit guides via thought and written means.  I may use other methods of divination if so guided as additional confirmation of the messages I am receiving.

Can you connect to deceased relatives or friends?

Occasionally I may feel the presence of deceased spirits, but connecting to them isn’t my forte. I would recommend looking for a psychic medium if you really want to connect to a deceased loved one.

Can I have an in-person reading?

I don’t give in person readings at this time, due to my current schedule. I will let you know if this situation changes.

What forms of payment do you accept?

PayPal is the easiest, fastest, and safest form of sending payments for both you and me. PayPal takes care of the transaction, so I never see your bank or credit card information. You don’t have to have a PayPal account — they take your credit card or check card. Or you can pay from your PayPal account balance, or from your bank account through PayPal.

I also now accept Google checkout, which will appear as an option within the shopping cart.

What’s your refund policy?

Due to the fact that I have already taken the time to log in to your Akashic record and connect with your Spirit Guides, there are no refunds offered.
