What are the Akashic Records?

The Akashic Records are a vast database of energetic imprints of all souls from all lifetimes. It is a complex energetic filing system of all thoughts, deeds, actions, and words. They are also known as the Hall of Records, The Universal Mind, and “The Book of Life”.

Akasha is a sanskrit word that means “sky”, “space” or “aether”. Imagine a library that spans as far as the eye can see and keeps expanding and building as your gaze spans across the room and from floor to ceiling.

Envision stacks of books and records lined up row after row with the knowledge of the universe. They are a record of each person’s journey of the soul through time and space. They are available to all and have no religious affiliations.

Past Lives

Do you have recurring dreams that have been the same for years? Do they take place in a distant place or a different era? You may have been seeing a past life.

Access to each of life’s journeys is housed in the Akashic Records. All manners of a persons thoughts, spoken words, and actions taken and what was learned from each incarnation can also be found here.

Accessing the Akashic records:

You may access your own Akashic records via meditation, tuning into your third eye chakra, yoga, hypnosis, and various other means. All of these methods can be developed and can be used by anyone. Read more about developing your psychic abilities.

You may access the records of another only with their permission. If you do not have permission and try to do some snooping on another, you will end up with very limited or incorrect information. The Hall of Records is well guarded and the information asked about another is only given to those who have express permission by that individual.

An accurate birth date and time of birth is of great help when accessing the records, but each person has their own energetic signature and can be found and their questions answered.

I am currently studying being able to access the Akashic records on behalf of others. I will be posting more about this at a later date as I begin asking for some volunteers to conduct practice readings.

Greetings divine beings.

You are all vessels of love and light. I come to you today to bring you the following message:

What is Truth? Truth is what is. Truth is.

Why do you deny yourself truth? Why do you seek to sabotage the great strides you have made? Do you not realize how powerful you are? You daily disconnect yourself from the truth. The time is already upon us that we must come together as great beings of love and light and look upon each other with love and not fear and hatred.

The grids are shifting and there will be more chaos before the transformation is complete. You need to move towards the light. All of you do. Go within to find the answers you seek. Do not let the dribble of the day influence what you do or don’t do.

This message is intended for those who are wondering what is happening in the world and if this will be the end of times. It is indeed an ending of old outworn energies, but not an end of days in the way many are viewing it, which is through the lens of fear.

It is also a time of new beginnings. There will be points along the way in the next few years that you will have to make choices collectively and also individually to ensure that love and light remain open and accessible to all.

The choices made will determine the beginning of the next cycle of life on Earth. I know that may make some of you quite fearful and fearing of the worst possible outcomes. This is an energetic transformation that is occurring, that will help the world rid itself of the old energies of fear and hate and usher in the new energies of love and light.

Please know, dear ones, that we Angels are here for you always. Just ask us to be present in your lives. Tell us your fears and then listen for our messages to you.

A time of peace has the chance to be upon us. Your actions and decisions now will determine the beginning of the next cycle of humanity. The people whom you have placed in power can not become overly fearful, as fear takes you further away from truth. Be extremely careful with whom you give power to oversee your government. Be sure to know if the words they speak are truly from the heart, or if they come from fear.

This is now a time when those who have latent psychic and energy healing abilities will be called to serve. They are already being awakened in record numbers as we speak. There are many who have awakened slightly and are quite fearful of these abilities and do not want to accept these abilities. You may have been taught from an early age that these abilities were not real and only existed in your head.

Let me reassure you, they are quite real. Your personal guides may have been dropping repeated hints at looking at different types of healing, and perhaps you have just brushed it off as not something for you. If you have been getting repeated messages, either in coincidences or synchronicity, it is indeed guidance that can help you find your true path in life.

Many healers were placed on this Earth years earlier than were needed, in order to be acclimated to daily life and to have an understanding of how to deal with integrating the energy of the universe into a fearful society. They are being called to step forth now and follow the path of light and love.

What is Clairvoyance?

Clairvoyance (clear seeing) is a metaphysical sense that means seeing a mental image within your 3rd eye. It is also known as your 6th sense or spiritual sight.

This is probably the most well known of the metaphysical senses, or at least the most talked about. It is what most refer to and think of as psychic abilities. It is an ability that is latent in most people and can be developed through practice. It is often referred to as the sixth sense. Some individuals respond to visual interpretation easier and quicker than auditory, thinking, or feeling senses.

Clairvoyance (clear seeing) is one of the four metaphysical senses, the others being clairsentience (clear feeling), clairaudient (clear hearing), and claircognizant (clear knowing). It is one of your four metaphysical senses in addition to your five physical senses.

Types of Clairvoyant Abilities

There are quite a variety of ways to observe clairvoyance. You may have visions or visual flashes while awake or these visions can also come to you in your dreams or when you are in a very relaxed state, as pictures in your mind.

Other types of clairvoyant abilities include reading a persons aura or energy field, seeing colors surrounding a person or picking up on symbols that come to you as a picture in your mind.

Clairvoyance is the ability to see clearly though the minds eye. sudden flashes of pictures, symbols,or numbers seen in your head that have meaning. It could also be a flash of a yes or no.

Developing Clairvoyance

You can develop clairvoyance by telling your guides that you wish to develop these skills. Keep an intuitive journal of the hits you receive. If you notice any symbols, try to set aside writing time to discern what those words or symbols mean.

If this is not your strongest intuitive modality, it pays to ask your angels and guides for assistance. Then be open to the signs your receive. It could be as clear as a neon sign, or it could be a symbol of something your guides feel you need to be aware of.

When you first become aware of the picture in your mind, pay careful attention to what the first thing is that comes up as to what it means. In most cases this is the correct meaning of it. When we let our ego and thinking mind get a hold of it, we generally tend to dismiss the real meaning and make up our own stuff, directed by fears and what we think we know.

Try to pay attention to whether it references the past, present, or future? Also, did you recently tell you guides you needed information on a certain situation in your life? This could be the answer. Sometimes the answers do not come immediately.

For me, clairvoyance is not my strongest intuitive modality, but I am actively working on it, as it can be the easiest and quickest way to receive an answer to a problem I am inquiring about. I have asked for assistance from the Archangels to assist me in bringing out this gift.

What is Claircognizance?

Claircognizance (clear knowing) is a metaphysical sense in which you know something to be correct but may be unable to back up your statement with fact or how you came into that information.

Claircognizance (clear knowing) is one of the four metaphysical senses, the others being clairvoyant (clear seeing), clairaudient (clear hearing), and clairsentient (clear feeling). It is one of your four metaphysical senses in addition to your five physical senses.

How do You Know What You Know?

Do pieces of information just randomly pop into your head that you know are correct? You are using claircognizance (clear thinking). It can come in the form of predictions or premonitions, a feeling of certainty or correctness. You may have knowledge of certain places, events, situations, or people without having received the information in a traditional manner. It may come across as a sense of foreboding or deja vu.

It is the ability to recognize receiving sudden insights and understanding regarding a question or situation in your life. It relates to your 3rd eye or crown chakra.

Claircognizance means clear knowing of something that may have happened in the past, present, or future about another. Many times you will just “know” the answer, but will not be able to back up your statement with fact or how you came into that information.

I believe many people have this ability, but much of the information can go without validation, because some of the things you may “know” can cause upset and stress in others and they will not be receptive to giving you the validation if you do not have documented proof of what you are telling them.

Examples of Claircognizance

In many cases, this “knowing” may go against everything others tell you about a situation. It can certainly be isolating when you are the only one who is saying different and the general consensus says the total opposite.

Do you finish other people’s sentences because you know the answer even before they finish the thought?

Do you find yourself knowing immediately if someone is lying to you, even though you have nothing concrete to back up your thought?

How to Develop Claircognizance

Make use of automatic writing to connect with your guides and receive answers to your questions.

Meditation is also helpful in gaining clear knowing because by quietening the mind, you are able to hear answers from your guides come through to you.

What is Clairsentience?

Clairsentience is a metaphysical sense that relates to recurring physical and emotional feelings. It is known as your gut feeling and signifies Divine guidance.

Clairsentience (clear feeling) is one of the four metaphysical senses, the others being clairvoyant (clear seeing), clairaudient (clear hearing), and claircognizant (clear knowing). It is one of your four metaphysical senses in addition to your five physical senses.

If you have ever had a physical or emotional feeling suddenly wash over you with no apparent connection to your current state of mind, you have just experienced clairsentience.

An example of this for me is pulling in to work and before I am out of the car, looking at the office I work in and getting a feeling that my boss is very upset. Sure enough, I can tell even before I talk to her or walk in the building that something has gone on with a customer or her personal life that is upsetting to her.

I think by getting this information before I walk in the door, it better allows me to prepare mentally and put up the proper shields on my energy so I won’t be drained from the experience.

Types of Clairsentience

Perhaps you suddenly feel sad or extremely anxious for no reason, or feel an unexplained sense of foreboding. You may also experience physical symptoms that are not your own or came out of nowhere.

Stomach aches, sweaty palms, instant anger, hair standing up on the back of your neck, a tingling sensation, and feeling generally sick are quite common and can give you a very good indication to change your travel plans or course of action.

Important questions to ask yourself when you have such a feeling.

Is the feeling my own? If not, whose feeling do you think it was? Usually the first name to come to mind is correct.

What was I thinking about just before I had the feeling?

Who was I thinking about just before I had the feeling?

Empathy

Empathy is the ability to sense and feel another persons emotions. These can be happy or sad emotions or a range in between. The difference is they are not your own feelings. While being able to feel another persons pain can be helpful at times, if you find yourself continually experiencing the emotions of another, you may want to look into some clearing techniques, like etheric cord cutting.

Some people have a sensitivity to touch, as in the laying on of hands to another person and you notice how you feel changes. This can be quite useful if you are in any type of the healing arts, such as Reiki or massage therapy. It can be used to discern which area of the body is in need of healing.

Psychometry

Psychometry is the ability to use touch to gain information about an object being held. Jewelry is commonly used, as it has had direct contact with the person. It can be used to tell personality traits about another via an object held in the hand. It can also be used to pick up on the past via visions received from holding an artifact.

Fragrances

Sensitivity to smells, like fragrances is another way to feel the energy of another. Many people report smelling the favorite perfume of a deceased loved one, or a favorite flower scent, even though there could be no way the scent was present in the home.

Clairaudience in short means clear hearing, either by mental or physical means. It is likened to having a mental inner ear. It is the ability to receive messages from your Spirit Guides in thought form.

Clairaudience (clear hearing) is one of the four metaphysical senses, the others being clairvoyant (clear seeing), clairsentient (clear sensing), and claircognizant (clear knowing). It is one of your four metaphysical senses in addition to your five physical senses.

A good way to develop clairaudience is to practice automatic writing.

The Voices in My Head

Most of the time during the day my ego tries to run the show with thoughts like I am not good enough, people think I am wierd, no one likes me, and other self defeating thoughts. Those thoughts are not coming from spirit, they are coming from ego.

In order to hear your true voice, you need to learn to quiet your mind. Easier said than done, right? Meditation is one way to be able to get through to that small, still voice that is your true self. When you are able to get through to that voice, you will be amazed by the insightful answers given to your pressing questions.

Repetitious Thoughts

Clairaudience can come to you in the form of repetitious thoughts and tones. These are the type of thoughts that keep popping into your head, even when you were not consciously thinking about them.

For example, my guides keep gently suggesting I take up yoga. A thought about yoga will just pop into my head when I am thinking about something completely different.

What they are trying to get across is that by taking up a regular practice of yoga, it will help me with the other areas in my life that I am asking and thinking about. (I know this, but have not started any yoga yet, so they keep gently reminding me until I actually do it. Pesky guides!)

I Can’t Get that Song Out of My Head!

Do you hear songs that keep playing in your head over and over again? If that happens, take a few minutes to do a web search for the lyrics to the song you have been hearing. You will be amazed how relevant the lyrics can be to a problem you have been thinking about and giving energy to in your life. Answers from spirit may not come in the form you expect.

Telepathy

Telepathic communication is another form of clairaudience, in which you can tune into another persons thoughts. This can be done in the presence of another person or remotely, provided both parties are willing and open. This can happen naturally over time, especially with a spouse that you are very close to.

Automatic Writing

Learning automatic writing is a wonderful way to get the messages you receive down on paper or typed into the computer. It is a fairly easy process to learn.

It can be thoughts that pop up in your head that have nothing to do with what you were currently thinking. You may have been thinking about the events of the day when a stray thought about a certain relative pops into your head. It may mean you should call her or that she is thinking of you as well.

My Thoughts

I am primarily clairaudient in that I will hear answers to my questions in my head. It is like a calm, clear voice that always speaks with complete logic. There is never any slang or inappropriate words used. The messages are clear and concise, never wishy-washy or unsure. Those types of unclear answers almost always come from the ego.

I also get much of my information from songs that are constantly running through my head. It could be just for a short while, or the same song can run through my head for days. Right now, as I type this, the song “Forgiveness” by Bryan Adams is playing loud and clear in my head and has been for the past two days.

Psychic Tarot Oracle Cards from John Holland are tarot cards with an updated look and feel. They are suitable for all levels of tarot reading, from beginner to advanced. Read my review of this deck.

If you have had some trouble learning and understanding traditional tarot cards or they just didn’t resonate, you may find this deck to be what you are looking for. Perhaps you are bored with your current cards and need a little variety for your readings. I know I am always on the lookout for new additions to my collection. I just purchased these Psychic Tarot Oracle cards recently and they are quickly becoming one of my favorite decks of oracle cards.

I currently have 3 decks from Doreen Virtue, which I love working with, but wanted to try cards done by someone else for some variety and to see if the reading accuracy was better or worse. You can check them out here: The Psychic Tarot Oracle Cards: a 65-Card Deck, plus booklet!

The Deck

This tarot deck is 65 cards and also includes a 170 page booklet with explanations of each of the cards. Much of the deck follows traditional tarot, but there are also 7 Chakra cards added in to bring additional meaning and depth to the reading.

Rather than the traditional tarot suits of Wands, Cups, Pentacles, and Swords, the suits in this deck are listed as Mental, Spirit, Physical and Emotional. There are 21 Major Arcana cards which are named slightly differently than a traditional tarot deck, but have their relationship to the original cards listed.

The cards are amazingly accurate, and I have been quite impressed with the results from the reading. They are able to paint a good picture through the images on the cards and the written meanings flow together nicely. I can relate better to the more spiritual nature of the reading.

John Holland

For those of you who are not familiar with John Holland, he is an internationally renwoned psychic medium that has been developing his abilities for the past 20 years. He has appeared on various television shows and has published multiple books on developing your psychic abilities. These cards are a nice addition to his other offerings.

My Personal Observations

The artwork on these cards is clear, vibrant, and accurate and I found that you can really resonate with the pictures to put together an accurate synopsis in relation the question asked.

I found this deck easier to use than a traditional tarot deck. The images and explanations just seemed to make more sense to me and fit together easier. It is a beautiful and simple deck that will be a nice addition to my current cards.

I am Archangel Metatron. I am here to deliver a message to all with you as my channel. Please know that all of the angels love you and watch over you without fail day in and day out. We are here to provide assistance to you anytime you call upon us. We can be many places at once so don’t worry about over burdening us as our love and energy flows freely and actually becomes greater the more we can help.

The earth is in great need of people who can hear their angels right now. There is a great shift in energy on the planet as a whole. We know some will be quite frightened of this shift in energy, but please realize and understand it is for the greater good of the planet.

Heal from within. Once you have raised your vibration enough to be able to hear us, teach and share this information with others. You are a conduit for this information and it is wonderful that you have been able to tune into my message. Realize that you are a tendril of source energy and you are also part of the whole of source energy.

Be prepared for the worst to come out of people and try to make the best of it and be understanding. They have a very limited view of their own spirituality and will become very frightened, which is unfortunate because everything is about love.

How to Keep an Intuitive Journal

Learn how to keep an intuitive journal to record and make sense of premonitions and intuitive experiences. Begin to develop your psychic abilities and senses by keeping a written record.

What is an Intuitive Journal?

It is a written record of your impressions, hunches, gut feelings and instincts about events in your life and in the lives of people you know. Keeping a journal is a great way to begin trusting and developing your psychic senses.

A journal can be a physical item as simple as a notebook, or a blank lined book with a beautiful leather cover. As an alternative, you can keep your journal on your computer with a journaling software. I find I like the computer best as my hands do not tire as easily as writing by hand. This is the journaling software I have used for the past 2 years and it works really well: The Journal 5. It is also password protected.

Part of an intuitive journal can also be used for recording dreams. I would recommend keeping an actual journal by your nightstand so upon waking, you can record your thoughts about your dreams immediately. So often waiting even 5 or 10 minutes after waking up from a dream is enough to forget most of the impressions you had.

Why keep an Intuitive Journal?

Because intuition can be quite subtle, many psychic experiences can seem to go unnoticed and fly under the radar. By regularly recording your inner thoughts and knowings, you will begin to get a feel for your level of accuracy and also be able to weed out your ego thoughts.

As you go back and review entries made in a journal, you may start to pick up on certain patterns or feelings that can help you discern whether what you thought was your intuition was accurate. It is a method to learn to trust your intuitive senses.

You can also use your journal to record questions and answers you have about developing your psychic abilities, set intentions, write down favorite inspirational quotes, and express gratitude. Use it for anything that will raise your mood, spirit, and vibration.

This is not intended to be used as a diary where you just record the day’s events or write about something that bothered you. This is a specific place to write about your inner knowing so that you can get comfortable trusting your thoughts.

What to Write

Make a daily practice of writing in your journal for at least 10 minutes. Write down your impressions of new people you met or events that happened that day. How did you feel when talking to a specific person; great, neutral, or poor? Is something just not adding up given the information someone told you? Jot down anything that comes to mind.

Take a look back at what you wrote once a week and see if you can put patterns together. Were your visual hunches correct? Or was it a voice in your ear that came through strongly? After a while you will be able to develop your intuition to the point that you can trust that odd thought or picture in your mind and begin to make use of the information the angels are sending your way.
