Trusting Yourself and the Universe

How much do you really trust yourself and the Universe to bring you what you want and need? Have you set intentions over and over with no results?

A few days ago I set a monetary intention to be achieved by the end of the month. I guess I have been stressing about all of the hows involved in order to manifest my intention. I found myself grouchy, edgy, and annoyed. I decided to log in and use Automatic writing to talk to my Spirit Guides about what was going on. Here is what they said…

“You need to relax. You have set an intention, but you keep worrying about the result. Here’s how you do it. Once your intention is set, you need to learn how to take inspired action. Worrying and worrying about how the money is going to come to you or checking your advertising earnings multiple times per day will not get you where you want to be.

The message you are sending out is that you do not trust the universe to give you the inspiration necessary. In essence you are not trusting in yourself. Make it a game. You have always done well with games and trying to better what you achieved before. You have the full ability to manifest your intention this month and much more. Learn to ask better questions. We hear you asking the same questions over and over again, but you are missing the bigger picture. The Universe is capable of bringing you all of your desires and more, if you will only allow it.

Going over the intention in your head is okay to an extent but it just brings in the energies of more worry. You can do this. Why are you so afraid of your the power you hold? We love you. Trust us and be open to the money coming from different sources than you expect. Just allow it to happen. Can you say you trust the Universe completely to bring you what you want? Keeping changing your mind is a sure way to not get anything. Pick one dollar amount and stick to it all month. There is always opportunity to change the amount next month. Nothing is holding you back but your own fears right now.

Allow the support from the Universe to manifest and be open to odd new, but exciting ideas that could be anything from a new telephone call, something in the mail or overhearing what someone is talking about that makes the light bulb go off. Those are the signals the Universe is sending to you. They are messages from your Spirit Guides to assist you in manifesting your intention. There is never any shortage of ideas, it really comes down to how much you trust in the Universe and how much you believe in yourself.”

Trusting what you Get

When you have set an intention in the past and it has not come to pass, did you find yourself doing any of these things (like me)?

Changing your mind on your intention frequently as though you only get one chance.
Expecting the result to come in the form of a neat package in exactly the same form it may have come to you before.
Not believing in yourself enough to allow something good to come into your life.
Not following those new ideas to completion – did you take action or did you think the idea was just a fluke and wasn’t meant for you?

How Spirit Guides Help Us Through Life

Your spirit guide team is comprised of a group of incorporeal beings that are here to assist you with your incarnation here on this Earth. They are comprised of entities that have incarnated before, most of them for a number of lifetimes. They were chosen by you before you incarnated to be a part of your team when you were ready.

Hiring Your Guides

Your guides come in at various stages in your life. You do not need many guides when you are young as you do not have very many decisions to make at that point. As your responsibilities increase, they are asked to take their place and begin assisting you in making decisions and choices that are in your highest path and purpose.

Please note, that you are never required to follow their advice or suggestions. You have free will to make any choice you wish. Your spirit guides can only suggest certain paths of action and hope that you make choices in alignment with that. If you go off course, they will recalculate the game plan and try alternate methods to get in touch with you as to what the next best option would be to get you back on the plan of your highest path and purpose.

Your guides are aware of the plan your soul has chosen for this lifetime. The better able you are to connect with your guides, the less struggles you will encounter. They are here to help you out with your life’s purpose for this lifetime. Your guides would never ask you to do anything that would put you in danger or cause you undue harm. They are YOUR team and each soul has a unique group of guides that work specifically on your behalf.

What do guides help us with here on Earth?

Spirit guides offer assistance in the areas of life purpose, career, finance, health and wellness, family, relationships, career changes, death and grieving, spirituality, and many other areas. The assist us in completing our chosen life lesson.

Guides each have their own soul vibration rate and their own personalities. They speak through wisdom to assist you along the years you are here on Earth. They assist you in learning your life lessons in various ways. They do so hope that you utilize the resources available to you and will keep trying until you see those resources for yourself.

Ask for Your Guides Assistance

They of course cannot force you to listen to them, in fact many of you have disregarded your guides and are thinking that there is no help there for you. There is, but you have to seek it out, find them, and ask for their assistance.

You get so caught up in the beauty of the Earth and the physical things, such as politics, food, and relationships, that you forget about the spiritual side of things and the reason you incarnated in the first place.

Your personal spirit guides are waiting in the wings, read and able to offer you new choices and advice. If only you let them in to your life. Your guides think that sometimes make your incarnation here on Earth much more difficult than it needs to be. All you have to do is ask for their assistance.

Greetings divine beings.

You are all vessels of love and light. I come to you today to bring you the following message:

What is Truth? Truth is what is. Truth is.

Why do you deny yourself truth? Why do you seek to sabotage the great strides you have made? Do you not realize how powerful you are? You daily disconnect yourself from the truth. The time is already upon us that we must come together as great beings of love and light and look upon each other with love and not fear and hatred.

The grids are shifting and there will be more chaos before the transformation is complete. You need to move towards the light. All of you do. Go within to find the answers you seek. Do not let the dribble of the day influence what you do or don’t do.

This message is intended for those who are wondering what is happening in the world and if this will be the end of times. It is indeed an ending of old outworn energies, but not an end of days in the way many are viewing it, which is through the lens of fear.

It is also a time of new beginnings. There will be points along the way in the next few years that you will have to make choices collectively and also individually to ensure that love and light remain open and accessible to all.

The choices made will determine the beginning of the next cycle of life on Earth. I know that may make some of you quite fearful and fearing of the worst possible outcomes. This is an energetic transformation that is occurring, that will help the world rid itself of the old energies of fear and hate and usher in the new energies of love and light.

Please know, dear ones, that we Angels are here for you always. Just ask us to be present in your lives. Tell us your fears and then listen for our messages to you.

A time of peace has the chance to be upon us. Your actions and decisions now will determine the beginning of the next cycle of humanity. The people whom you have placed in power can not become overly fearful, as fear takes you further away from truth. Be extremely careful with whom you give power to oversee your government. Be sure to know if the words they speak are truly from the heart, or if they come from fear.

This is now a time when those who have latent psychic and energy healing abilities will be called to serve. They are already being awakened in record numbers as we speak. There are many who have awakened slightly and are quite fearful of these abilities and do not want to accept these abilities. You may have been taught from an early age that these abilities were not real and only existed in your head.

Let me reassure you, they are quite real. Your personal guides may have been dropping repeated hints at looking at different types of healing, and perhaps you have just brushed it off as not something for you. If you have been getting repeated messages, either in coincidences or synchronicity, it is indeed guidance that can help you find your true path in life.

Many healers were placed on this Earth years earlier than were needed, in order to be acclimated to daily life and to have an understanding of how to deal with integrating the energy of the universe into a fearful society. They are being called to step forth now and follow the path of light and love.

Before I go, please let me reassure you that this all is for the better. Follow your heart and ask us Angels for guidance. Learn to listen to your inner knowing and peace will be upon you.

What is Clairvoyance?

Clairvoyance (clear seeing) is a metaphysical sense that means seeing a mental image within your 3rd eye. It is also known as your 6th sense or spiritual sight.

This is probably the most well known of the metaphysical senses, or at least the most talked about. It is what most refer to and think of as psychic abilities. It is an ability that is latent in most people and can be developed through practice. It is often referred to as the sixth sense. Some individuals respond to visual interpretation easier and quicker than auditory, thinking, or feeling senses.

Clairvoyance (clear seeing) is one of the four metaphysical senses, the others being clairsentience (clear feeling), clairaudient (clear hearing), and claircognizant (clear knowing). It is one of your four metaphysical senses in addition to your five physical senses.

Types of Clairvoyant Abilities

There are quite a variety of ways to observe clairvoyance. You may have visions or visual flashes while awake or these visions can also come to you in your dreams or when you are in a very relaxed state, as pictures in your mind.

Other types of clairvoyant abilities include reading a persons aura or energy field, seeing colors surrounding a person or picking up on symbols that come to you as a picture in your mind.

Clairvoyance is the ability to see clearly though the minds eye. sudden flashes of pictures, symbols,or numbers seen in your head that have meaning. It could also be a flash of a yes or no.

Developing Clairvoyance

You can develop clairvoyance by telling your guides that you wish to develop these skills. Keep an intuitive journal of the hits you receive. If you notice any symbols, try to set aside writing time to discern what those words or symbols mean.

If this is not your strongest intuitive modality, it pays to ask your angels and guides for assistance. Then be open to the signs your receive. It could be as clear as a neon sign, or it could be a symbol of something your guides feel you need to be aware of.

When you first become aware of the picture in your mind, pay careful attention to what the first thing is that comes up as to what it means. In most cases this is the correct meaning of it. When we let our ego and thinking mind get a hold of it, we generally tend to dismiss the real meaning and make up our own stuff, directed by fears and what we think we know.

Try to pay attention to whether it references the past, present, or future? Also, did you recently tell you guides you needed information on a certain situation in your life? This could be the answer. Sometimes the answers do not come immediately.

For me, clairvoyance is not my strongest intuitive modality, but I am actively working on it, as it can be the easiest and quickest way to receive an answer to a problem I am inquiring about. I have asked for assistance from the Archangels to assist me in bringing out this gift.

Metaphysical Senses: What is Claircognizance?

Claircognizance (clear knowing) is a metaphysical sense in which you know something to be correct but may be unable to back up your statement with fact or how you came into that information.

Claircognizance (clear knowing) is one of the four metaphysical senses, the others being clairvoyant (clear seeing), clairaudient (clear hearing), and clairsentient (clear feeling). It is one of your four metaphysical senses in addition to your five physical senses.

How do You Know What You Know?

Do pieces of information just randomly pop into your head that you know are correct? You are using claircognizance (clear thinking). It can come in the form of predictions or premonitions, a feeling of certainty or correctness. You may have knowledge of certain places, events, situations, or people without having received the information in a traditional manner. It may come across as a sense of foreboding or deja vu.

It is the ability to recognize receiving sudden insights and understanding regarding a question or situation in your life. It relates to your 3rd eye or crown chakra.

Claircognizance means clear knowing of something that may have happened in the past, present, or future about another. Many times you will just “know” the answer, but will not be able to back up your statement with fact or how you came into that information.

I believe many people have this ability, but much of the information can go without validation, because some of the things you may “know” can cause upset and stress in others and they will not be receptive to giving you the validation if you do not have documented proof of what you are telling them.

Examples of Claircognizance

In many cases, this “knowing” may go against everything others tell you about a situation. It can certainly be isolating when you are the only one who is saying different and the general consensus says the total opposite.

Do you finish other people’s sentences because you know the answer even before they finish the thought?

Do you find yourself knowing immediately if someone is lying to you, even though you have nothing concrete to back up your thought?

How to Develop Claircognizance

Make use of automatic writing to connect with your guides and receive answers to your questions.

Meditation is also helpful in gaining clear knowing because by quietening the mind, you are able to hear answers from your guides come through to you.

Metaphysical Senses: What is Clairsentience?

Clairsentience is a metaphysical sense that relates to recurring physical and emotional feelings. It is known as your gut feeling and signifies Divine guidance.

Clairsentience (clear feeling) is one of the four metaphysical senses, the others being clairvoyant (clear seeing), clairaudient (clear hearing), and claircognizant (clear knowing). It is one of your four metaphysical senses in addition to your five physical senses.

If you have ever had a physical or emotional feeling suddenly wash over you with no apparent connection to your current state of mind, you have just experienced clairsentience.

An example of this for me is pulling in to work and before I am out of the car, looking at the office I work in and getting a feeling that my boss is very upset. Sure enough, I can tell even before I talk to her or walk in the building that something has gone on with a customer or her personal life that is upsetting to her.

I think by getting this information before I walk in the door, it better allows me to prepare mentally and put up the proper shields on my energy so I won’t be drained from the experience.

Types of Clairsentience

Perhaps you suddenly feel sad or extremely anxious for no reason, or feel an unexplained sense of foreboding. You may also experience physical symptoms that are not your own or came out of nowhere.

Stomach aches, sweaty palms, instant anger, hair standing up on the back of your neck, a tingling sensation, and feeling generally sick are quite common and can give you a very good indication to change your travel plans or course of action.

Important questions to ask yourself when you have such a feeling.

Is the feeling my own? If not, whose feeling do you think it was? Usually the first name to come to mind is correct.

What was I thinking about just before I had the feeling?

Who was I thinking about just before I had the feeling?

Empathy

Empathy is the ability to sense and feel another persons emotions. These can be happy or sad emotions or a range in between. The difference is they are not your own feelings. While being able to feel another persons pain can be helpful at times, if you find yourself continually experiencing the emotions of another, you may want to look into some clearing techniques, like etheric cord cutting.

Some people have a sensitivity to touch, as in the laying on of hands to another person and you notice how you feel changes. This can be quite useful if you are in any type of the healing arts, such as Reiki or massage therapy. It can be used to discern which area of the body is in need of healing.

Psychometry

Psychometry is the ability to use touch to gain information about an object being held. Jewelry is commonly used, as it has had direct contact with the person. It can be used to tell personality traits about another via an object held in the hand. It can also be used to pick up on the past via visions received from holding an artifact.

Fragrances

Sensitivity to smells, like fragrances is another way to feel the energy of another. Many people report smelling the favorite perfume of a deceased loved one, or a favorite flower scent, even though there could be no way the scent was present in the home.

Clairaudience in short means clear hearing, either by mental or physical means. It is likened to having a mental inner ear. It is the ability to receive messages from your Spirit Guides in thought form.

Clairaudience (clear hearing) is one of the four metaphysical senses, the others being clairvoyant (clear seeing), clairsentient (clear sensing), and claircognizant (clear knowing). It is one of your four metaphysical senses in addition to your five physical senses.

A good way to develop clairaudience is to practice automatic writing.

The Voices in My Head

Most of the time during the day my ego tries to run the show with thoughts like I am not good enough, people think I am wierd, no one likes me, and other self defeating thoughts. Those thoughts are not coming from spirit, they are coming from ego.

In order to hear your true voice, you need to learn to quiet your mind. Easier said than done, right? Meditation is one way to be able to get through to that small, still voice that is your true self. When you are able to get through to that voice, you will be amazed by the insightful answers given to your pressing questions.

Repetitious Thoughts

Clairaudience can come to you in the form of repetitious thoughts and tones. These are the type of thoughts that keep popping into your head, even when you were not consciously thinking about them.

For example, my guides keep gently suggesting I take up yoga. A thought about yoga will just pop into my head when I am thinking about something completely different.

What they are trying to get across is that by taking up a regular practice of yoga, it will help me with the other areas in my life that I am asking and thinking about. (I know this, but have not started any yoga yet, so they keep gently reminding me until I actually do it. Pesky guides!)

I Can’t Get that Song Out of My Head!

Do you hear songs that keep playing in your head over and over again? If that happens, take a few minutes to do a web search for the lyrics to the song you have been hearing. You will be amazed how relevant the lyrics can be to a problem you have been thinking about and giving energy to in your life. Answers from spirit may not come in the form you expect.

Telepathy

Telepathic communication is another form of clairaudience, in which you can tune into another persons thoughts. This can be done in the presence of another person or remotely, provided both parties are willing and open. This can happen naturally over time, especially with a spouse that you are very close to.

Automatic Writing

Learning automatic writing is a wonderful way to get the messages you receive down on paper or typed into the computer. It is a fairly easy process to learn.

It can be thoughts that pop up in your head that have nothing to do with what you were currently thinking. You may have been thinking about the events of the day when a stray thought about a certain relative pops into your head. It may mean you should call her or that she is thinking of you as well.

My Thoughts

I am primarily clairaudient in that I will hear answers to my questions in my head. It is like a calm, clear voice that always speaks with complete logic. There is never any slang or inappropriate words used. The messages are clear and concise, never wishy-washy or unsure. Those types of unclear answers almost always come from the ego.

I also get much of my information from songs that are constantly running through my head. It could be just for a short while, or the same song can run through my head for days. Right now, as I type this, the song “Forgiveness” by Bryan Adams is playing loud and clear in my head and has been for the past two days.

Greetings loved ones. I bring a message of peace to you today. There are many changes and shifts going on in the world today and I realize that is making some of you quite nervous and worried. There is no need to be, for the changes are a clearing of energies that will in the end be for the better.

I understand your earthly worries, but know that you are loved. There is no reason to fear. The closer you are to knowing yourself, the more that you will see that love is the basis for everything. Fear is being separated from love. Put away your fears and realize that love is the only truth.

I am the angel of salvation and forgiveness. Call upon me when you need help with emotional understanding and healing painful experiences. All ailments stem from a disconnection of love. Let go and learn to forgive, and call upon me to assist you in your healing. Your light has been dimmed by fears in your life.

Return to the path of light and love, as that is all there is and all that is needed. The longer you let fear, anger, and old resentments burn in your body, the more damage is done to your physical body. Let go and be free! You are a being of light and truth. Realize just how far you have strayed from the path of light. Let go of your earthly worries.

Heal your emotions and heal your body from that. Allowing yourself to think that you are less than another causes illness in your physical body. We are all equal beings of light. Your path is the same as your neighbors. Learn kindness and help your neighbor through his plight and it will be returned to you in your time of need.

Kindness and compassion for your fellow being will bring you to the path of light. You are all deserving of the best in your stay on this planet Earth. The process of transitioning to a higher consciousness has already begun. You see, loved ones, each day that passes now is filled with a new fresh energy.

It will take time to clear out all of the old, stale, energies that have inhabited the Earth, but the change is already underway. It may be a challenging process for some, with resistance to love being present. Rest assured that the change will happen and it will be for the better.

Awake each day with a childlike wonder and allow the energy of the day to be breathed in and to transform the negative energy within you. I understand dear ones, that you may feel like the changes are happening too quickly, but there is nothing you cannot handle.

The energies of the Earth have been stagnant for such a long time, that this may be a new feeling to you. Rest assured, it is all for the highest good.

My final message today to you, fellow beings of light is love. Just love.

Greetings loved one. I am Archangel Raphael and am known as a healing angel. I assist in physical healing to those in need, along with helping to heal emotions and emotional traumas in your life. Call upon me if you are in pain and I will be by your side instantly.

I am always here for you whenever you need comfort from pain. I will assist you in making healthier choices with they types of food you eat, or possibly suggest a new form of exercise for you to try.

If you keep hearing or seeing signs of beginning a yoga class, for instance, that is me in the background giving you the nudges you need to make a better choice in lifestyle.

The winds of change assist with emotional healing clearing out the stagnant negative energy that can be lodged within our minds and bodies, and also our homes. Spring is a time of cleansing that stagnant air and breathing in fresh new life.

For those of you with physical illnesses, please know that if you call on me I will be by your side, helping to comfort you. Many times, physical pain is a cry for emotional healing, as they are interlinked. In order to heal your physical body, it may become necessary to dig up some unpleasant memories and uncover the emotional scars that have been left behind.

Many times these emotional scars have never truly been put to rest and have been buried for years. By bringing them to the surface, you will begin to see the source of your physical pain. Once you can do that, and identify an emotional source of the pain, we can work to heal that, and in turn, heal your physical body as well.

Pleas know once again that you are dearly loved and we angels do not want to see you hurting. Call to us whenever you need assistance. You can never call too often. We will be there to offer assistance and guidance to whomever opens their arms to receive it.
